Ground Handling Systems are available as fully automated. PLC Controlled Ground Handling Systems for delivery of tubulars to Robotic Pipe Handlers for increased safety and efficiency when handling tubing.

- GHS provides a way to eliminate human handling of tubular during field operations, therefore helping reduce injuries and potential fatalities
- Transport tubulars from pipe racks to the rig arm. Hands-free
- Pipe processing: 27’ – 45’ in length for both range 2 and range 3
- Fully integrated with automatic pipe thread cleaning and doping mechanisms to evenly coat doping compound on pipe size
- Fully automated on-board controls with touch screen HMI
- Quick assembly and modular setup for processing casing and drill pipe
- Integrated manually operated out riggers for skid leveling
- Ability to accurately measure the pipe size being processed
- Can be operated in fully automatic mode interfaced with the rig controls, or in manual operation mode
- Skid based design with crane lifting points for easy transportation / setup

- Bucking and spinner units for make-up and break-up of tool joints (up to 50,000 ft-lbs)
- Remote control for bucking unit operation
